Coach Soto Palatine Pack TFCC and I just completed the 24/28 second drill with 85 high school and middle school sprinters. Took us less than 20 minutes. Got to be some kind of record. 🔥🔥🔥
Watch out for Plum Grove JH'sAddie Moore finishes 5th at Detweiller at dark today! 12:59 for 2.1 miles, she was 12:18 at the 2 mile mark which is already an incredible time on grass. This incoming 7th grader is gonna make some noise this fall!
