Day 1 Faraday Institution conference representing CATMAT-Faraday Institution Cathodes Project in beautiful Newcastle University. I will be chairing the afternoon session of #nextgeneration batteries. My group has 3 posters P.130/131/137 all about #potassium batteries. Come join us at and the talk and poster sessions.

Thank you Faraday Institution for inviting me to be a part of the scientific program board. We had a great time at Newcastle University catching up with old friends and making new friends. Good conversations with Prof. Shinichi Komaba 駒場慎一 as always.

What a fun and great symposium to join! Thank AK Adelhelm for inviting me again! Already looking forward to SBS6 on 2026!

Just a few days left to submit an abstract to our symposium at American Chemical Society Spring Meeting 2025! We have an exciting program of international speakers including 駒場慎一 Magda Titirici Maximilian Fichtner @loroik Christian MASQUELIER and Chris Johnson.

Hot off the press! Does MoS2 store K-ion only through reducing Mo4+? No! Find out a dual redox reaction involving Mo cationic and S anionic electrochemistry of K storage in MoS2 in our recent paper in ACS Mater. Lett. ACS Publications UCL Chemistry pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…

Had a great visit to my friend Leiting Zhang at @UU_University. First time in Sweden! Landed in Berlin minutes ago and heading to the next research visit to Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin. Oh good old Berlin/Germany. Never thought it’d become such an important part of my personal and professional life.
