Turns out you can just build things. The plant for our silicon anode materials is coming together in Moses Lake, WA. Sila will make the world's most advanced Li-ion anode here starting in a few short months!

Last week, we set a new Charm Industrial record... 🏆 4 carbon removal injections in *one week* 🍀🍀🍀🍀 Sure as shamrocks, Alex and the Kansas injection team make scaling up look easier than finding a pot o’ gold!

Please bow to the new Charm GOAT 🙇🐐 The Charm GOAT is crowned atop our carbon removal machine (pyrolyzer) that holds the longest continuous production run, reducing the need for turnarounds and downtime More uptime = more carbon removal.

.Elon Musk Department of Government Efficiency can you remove the ridiculous FAA regulation banning laptops below 10k ft? Oh sure, tablets are allowed. But if I want to build I need my laptop. 420 million business trips/yr = +420 million productive hours/yr esp as Starlink rolls out. Let us build!!

Peter Reinhardt Elon Musk Department of Government Efficiency Starlink Dollarizing it we get $42b dollars of gdp at $100/hr. Bet the reality is over $100b if you factor in the hyperproductivity of getting work done on an airplane without distractions. 33bp of gdp growth

Question below. Even worse than permitting being slow: the coolest new hardtech ideas usually don’t have a defined permitting pathway at all. They defy existing classification and are functionally illegible to govt, unless you put millions into lobbying. I’m collecting examples

I get a little sad when I think about how Earth is the biggest thing in the solar system with a surface. It makes space feel small.

1/ America cannot compete with China without building America's Shenzen – a place to build drones, ships, robots, and everything else cutting edge. Where? On California Forever's 100 square miles in Solano, 60 miles north of SF/Silicon Valley, where we invent that stuff. Here's why. 🧵

Austin didn’t just “freeze” rents for the majority of tenants who live in unsubsidized housing. they actually *lowered* rents by building a ton of housing
