The Geordie Double begins! We set off on our Hadrian’s Wall Walk today by walking from Bowness-on-Solway to Carlisle. Raising money for Maggie's Centres and walking in memory of John Gurney. Thanks to everyone who has sponsored us and to Maggie's Newcastle for their support.




First part of Team Gurney’s Geordie Double challenge completed! Only the GNR to go. We’ve pretty much walked a half marathon - or more - every day for 6 days so how hard can it be? Thanks to Maggie's Newcastle Dr Katie East & other family & friends who supported us along the way.
