Had some fun rewriting the first page of this proposal from something tedious to far more engaging. This was the tedious version. If your proposals sound anything like that, I recommend clicking the top link in my bio for the revised version!

If one of your key community metrics rises or falls by 20% in the next three months what will you do differently? I’ve asked this question over a dozen times and I don’t think I’ve ever received a great answer. Most people reply with some version of ‘we will look into it’.

Huge thanks to everyone that came to my workshop today. Was an honour to work with you to solve community data problems. Next stop: Boston!

I can't think of any other software that's as bad as Microsoft Teams. Its ability to just not work with absolutely no means to rectify a problem is unparalleled. Here it tells me I'm offline - right after I downloaded and reinstalled it. No solution, no next step.

This is probably my favourite talk I've ever given. buff.ly/3G1wPXC If you want to learn what's happening in the community space today, how to evaluate whether you need to change your own strategy and find some great examples - this talk might help. #CMGR

Do you know if hosting an event was worth it? Most of the methodologies organisations to track success are bogus. Yesterday we published a better way to truly see if hosting events is worthwhile. feverbee.com/measuringevent
