Why do hospital Outpatient Departments give all the patients the same appointment time? Arrived on time with husbag-90 minutes later he was seen- lovely staff lovely doctors- It just needs a little thought to sort HSE Ireland

Took husbag to Audiologist today/ was NOT enthusiastic on arrival/ face changed when fitted with hearing aids and left transformed!! The little things !! Now I feel negligent!! Could have done this a longtime ago!! Never copped it/Cobblers child - never shod!

Interesting reflection from a bereaved( one year) widow- “Avoid hospice at all cost” shocked- Why? I asked- the number of times he ended up in A/E !! Cost him pain- trolley lying /transfer to a peripheral hospital and refusal of any doctor to take responsibility was a nightmare

But they won't refund your money if you cancel online. They'll only give you credit with an expiry date. It shouldn't be harder to get your money back when they can't provide the service than it was to pay for it in the first place.

What a day-I succumbed to Covid having avoided it until now- not bad for a practicing doc/ much worse husbag took a fall in shower- he falls regularly because of his neurological diagnosis/ 15 Irish Lions / a new American pope- husbag home bruised but not broken!!- C’est la vie
