Was back out in the field last week for the first 2025 gathering of the ACI National community of practice last week in Jackson, MS. We spent time with elected, business, civic & community leaders - learning more about community sourced redevelopment in the City with Soul.

Enjoyed spending some time with the Inclusiv membership at their annual meeting today, exploring collaboration between CDCUs & public finance to attract impact investment & sharing lessons from our Lincoln Institute of Land Policy ACI initiative, and learn from some great colleagues.

Spent time in Chicago last week w our new Lincoln Institute of Land Policy Vibrant Communities Fellowships ACI Cohort. These 16 community investment leaders will learn, develop & move plans to action on big problems. I'm grateful to Kresge Foundation American Cities for their support un this work.
