We have a new paper BMJ_Open where we show that P4P had a very small effect on admissions for incentivised conditions. Geographic analysis of ACSCs also indicates where interventions to improve care pathways are most needed. UoM Primary Care NIHR School for Primary Care Research bmjopen.bmj.com/content/10/9/e…

Well that’s a wrap #SAPC2024! Huge thanks to Rachel Johnson and everyone in the organising committee for a hugely successful conference full of stimulating conversations - lots of evidence to give food for policy thought!

Agree! So much forward-looking policy relevant discussion and lots of work to be done! #SAPC2024 CAPC, Bristol

Excellent illustration by Rachel Johnson of the treatment burden - the admin work of being a patient - which people living with multiple health conditions struggle with. Minimising that burden should be baked into MLTC care models.
