Thrilled to co-organise this amazing event filled with field-leading spatial omics experts🔥(incl Luciano Martelotto 🛠🧬💻🇦🇺 Ankur Sharma @PengHeCam Anna Trigos @davisjmcc Sabrina Lewis). Online registration is still open!

Hot off the press! 🔥 In our latest Nature Communications paper, we used in vivo imaging to track EV formation in the bone marrow microenvironment. We found that circulating EVs correlates with tissue damage caused by leukemias like AML! WEHI (Walter and Eliza Hall Institute) La Trobe University Australasian Cell Death Society

Very proud & excited to be socialising our preprint uncovering new mechanisms of epithelial cell death in IBD! Massive 4-year collab across WEHI (Walter and Eliza Hall Institute) & @RMH. Big thanks to the patients involved in this study and support from @NHMRC & Kenneth Rainin Foundation biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Our spatial multi-omics technology that co-profiles five modalities is now published in Nature Methods Nature Methods! Huge thanks to Marek Bartosovic, Mingyao Li, and my amazing team, including postdoc Pengfei_Guo and PhD student Liran Mao! nature.com/articles/s4159…

sciencedirect.com/science/articl… Thanks Quan_Nguyen Ankur Sharma Arutha K for the invitation to write this article on applying spatial omics to study complex tissues such as the bone marrow. Next one will contain real data!

A triumph of perseverance from twitterless Tom Weber, Christine Biben and the team, our in vivo barcoding "LoxCode mouse" used to resolve epiblast fate to fetal organs is finally published in Cell and available to import through The Jackson Laboratory sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
