Glad to see this online. From a random control experiment， we unexpectedly noticed that CIDE proteins and LD-localized ORP proteins cannot coexist on LDs. Through a series of experiments, we show that ORP2/5 keeps CIDE proteins away from LDs by depleting LD surface PI(4)P.
