Here's some numbers for the day. MPs set for 6k above inflation pay rise next year. Risen each year except COVID. Increased since 2018 from 76 to 92.7 k next April. Also due to double the golden goodbye when they leave from 8.5 to 17k. Dr's are not asking for too much...

Paulo Garbisi, what a player and great guy. No complaints, freak accident for the ball to drop off the tea but cracks on and finished with a smile on his face. Ironic smile though !!

Not sure what's happening with Manchester ... supported Stockport county as a kid, £3.50 to get into Edgley Park, 30 pence on the 192 bus, then followed Utd for 30 years, not looking good. Maybe Stockport, Salford and Hyde are the future of Mancunion football?

This is the problem now NHSE has made all interviews online. Big cohorts; T&O, general surgery and Core interviews need to go back to face to face. I know it's expensive but you get a captive group of interviewers. Online from home is too easy to duck out, or work takes over.

Important letter to be shown if you’re having difficulty being released to be an interviewer in National selection, an examiner, on an arcp panel etc. These activities are the oil in the machine. All trusts benefit and so all should contribute
