This week I'm out Lowther Castle & Gardens teaching the UCLan Arch & Anth students some geophysics. The rain isn't putting us off.

Hoofing day with some of the new Hockey for Heroes recruits and a few of the old guard. Tough Battle PT session this morning followed by intensive hockey post lunch. Always love the strong vibe with this group….

A cracking day with Hockey for Heroes although I definitely didn't need to know how many burpees I can do in 7 minutes.
