The latest storm was a welcomed sight after going without significant rain in about a month. Not what we want to see this time of the year when dry, strong Santa Ana winds tend to occur.

A highlight at #AAJA23 was reuniting with some of my OGs “Men of AAJA” started 19 yrs ago to raise awareness about the lack of Asian and Pacific Islander American men in prime on-air positions. Great to pass the torch to a new generation of journalists. Thank you Spectrum News 1 SoCal

Last hours today to prep for the storm. Secure/take down outdoor objects that could blow away. Elevate items in the garage if your yard easily floods. Avoid parking under trees that could fall. Rain chances increase Sunday morning and afternoon and intensify through Sunday night
