A near disaster moment for this juvenile Peregrine at Taunton. The prey is too heavy, flying is impossible as gravity takes over. Crash landing on the Minster Tower was the only option left. Fortunately the Peregrine wasn't hurt.

Interesting food delivery this morning Taunton Peregrines. . Adult female flew to Minster and picked up some scrapes She flew over the Cricket Lights Encouraged a Juvenile to follow Drop scrapes to Juv Juv flew back to Minster, picked at the scrapes and then screamed for more food!
