Snipers having scope glint isn't good because snipers are overpowered, it's good because everyone thinks they are playing "ghillie in the mist" and doing absoultuely nothing for their team (or even their own stats because they get 1 kill every 5 minutes)

I hope one day, FC will let you view your opponent's team, and then give us an option to make changes before kick off. Different games call for different players We already have examples of how this could be done. PES & eFootball have always had this feature, so it's very doable
