Booked a hotel through Booking.com months ago. It’s closed, no one told me and now I am scrambling to find lodging for myself, wife on her birthday, and 2 small children. They literally emailed me and texted me yesterday for pre check in. Unbelievable.

Booking.com provando que é ótima na hora da compra e péssima na hora da resolução.

Booking.com STILL no reply. Booking.com seem to have NO inclination to respond to phone calls, messages or social media.

Booking.com , how can a property cancel my booking the night before I am due to stay "because they are double booked"? Why not cancel the other booking instead? Disgraceful.

Booking.com Mary Rose G did a great job as long as those refunds go through. Crazy situation for sure!
