EPSU⁩ participates at ⁦⁦ETUI - European Trade Union Institute⁩ seminar on Occupational Health and Safety, focusing on mental health (Psychosocial Risks). We urgently need a directive to protect workers mental health and studies argue that around half of workers are exposed to stress.

Social Dialogue in Hospital and Health led by HOSPEEM and EPSU ENDORSED the Updated Multi- sectoral Guidelines to prevent and tackle third party violence and harassment. There is no place for violence towards healthcare workers in Europe.

⏰Europe’s health systems are running on overtime - workers are paying the price. In Sweden, employers rely on planned overtime, leading to part-time work and long sick leaves. Vårdförbundet fought back with an overtime blockade & strike - now working time is on the table. 💪
