🔽PHR’s Erika Dailey: Kinetic Impact Projectiles (KIPs) are particularly dangerous CCWs. The only real purpose of KIPs are to cause harm. Injuries by KIPs can include brain damage, internal bleeding, and worse. There have been strong international calls to ban these weapons.
