I’m going to say something pastors are not allowed to say: Easter is ok. For me— It was a chaotic day, w/ frantic parents, grumpy siblings, crowded churches, and itchy clothing. The resurrection was merely a backdrop. So, every year I pray “Lord, redeem the day.” And he does.
