Much as I admire Sandie's strength, I'm mystified as to why NHS Fife hasn't conceded liability, the Supreme Court could hardly have been clearer, and submissions today to the effect the judgment of the apex court was "abstract" or confined to public boards is just not serious.

I wonder how Upton's wife is faring. The endless humiliation this case must be bringing -- on top of her husband appearing to be trying to morph into her. It still shocks me how much some men hate women. The lengths they will go to to create chaos and misery in their lives.
