Senior Housing Agency officials withheld evidence of pyrrhotite damage to a Donegal home affected by the defective block crisis when consulting with an engineer who would recommend the homeowner's ultimate grant. ontheditch.com/housing-agency…

What is going on in The Housing Agency Ireland & Department of Housing, Local Government & Heritage to allow this? The science is very clear at this stage that defective homes in Donegal are failing because pyrrhotite is destroying the concrete, to ignore or not consider this evidence is a horrendous

Stop ignoring the science! Stop the downgrades! We are innocent victims! Do not vote FF/FG as they have failed us! Vote No.1 Charles WARD tomorrow 100% Redress Party #DefectiveConcreteCrisis #GE2024 #100percentredress #ThepeoplesDocument #100percentredressparty #Donegal

Listening to Charlie McConalogue on about the massive work he's done on redress scheme. It's painful. Now telling Greg Hughes of Highland Radio how to do his job. Sickening. This follows on from Fine Gael telling the people of Donegal to stop whinging. Great show BTW Highland Radio

Yesterday was a historic day for the people of Donegal and the 100% Redress Party, Charles is now officially registered as a TD, thank you to everyone who voted and to everyone who worked hard behind the scenes to put Charles Ward TD into Dáil Éireann 👏

A senior Housing Agency official suggested engineers downgrade a grant recommendation for a defective Donegal home – after withholding a report that showed severe damage to the home that would have warranted the highest level of redress available. ontheditch.com/withheld-docum…

Can officials in The Housing Agency Ireland that made this intervention not read? The published research is clear about the cause of the problem and the implications for defective homes in Donegal. This decision to ignore the damage pyrrhotite is doing is wrong👇sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

The Ditch Homeowners have been betrayed by concrete manufacturers, betrayed by Govt's lack of market surveillance/regulatory enforcement & now it appears they have been betrayed by Housing Agency engineers who should be following science. Scandal upon scandal and no-one accountable.

I wonder if the political establishment ever saw this coming? Well done Charles Ward TD of the 100% Redress Party (Official) party for keeping the message alive in the Dail that their defective block scheme is still defective highlandradio.com/2024/12/18/dep…

How is this possible after all that's happened in Donegal with defective concrete that's going to cost Irish tax payers €3 billion to fix? How is it that a new housing estate has just been tested & pyrrhotite has been found in the concrete National Building Control Office. 🙈

Homes developers built on a flood plane now families expected to rebuild their defective homes on this same flood plane. #HowIrelandWorks is mind blowing. Our tax money is being thrown in to the wind by our government. James Browne TD LOTS of work to do, welcome to Department of Housing, Local Government & Heritage

These residents were badly failed twice. Their private housing development was built on a flood plain and their homes built with defective concrete blocks. They have presented a plan that gives them peace of mind and saves the State money. The government needs to get this done!

Thanks for highlighting this terrible situation Emma Ryan indep 'Meeting to be held as Donegal defective block homeowners want to be relocated due to flood risk'. 👇 independent.ie/regionals/done…

Defective block homeowners in an estate in Co Donegal that was severely flooded almost eight years ago have urged Government ministers to let them relocate, rather than having to rebuild on a floodplain rte.ie/news/ulster/20…
