A4: Took me awhile to answer my own question on this one... the guilt is THERE. Very much feeling like I am failing when I am putting energy somewhere #IAHPERDchat

A5: Admin support of creative/"risky" steps - trust running both ways is important #IAHPERDchat

A6: This is my 6th year of teaching, and I spent a LOT of time perfecting my written lesson plans at the beginning and it would take me hours upon hours. Trusting myself to change things on the fly as needed has decreased my plan time considerably. #IAHPERDchat

A7: My fav quote of all time. To the world you may be someone, but to someone you may be the world. I keep showing up and bringing my best self, but can't do that if I am on empty empty. #IAHPERDchat

A8: Have been looking at some long-term planning for school so I can work on days that I won't have my girls this summer to be as present as possible with them and our FIRST SUMMER OFF! #IAHPERDchat
