It was an honor to share the stage with Birgit Funke to talk about the value of #insilicomutagenesis for clinical NGS tests!! Thank you Lisa Kalman and Association for Molecular Pathology for the opportunity to share our work.

What a thrill it was last month to win both the American College of Medical informatics ACMI Morris F. Collen Award of Excellence (amia.org/communities/acā¦) and the Association for Molecular Pathology Association for Molecular Pathology Award for Excellence in Molecular Diagnostics (amp.org/membership/awaā¦)!


Nice to see the impact of this important work. This benchmark set (v4.2.1) drove a huge amount of improvement sequencing. All seq instruments use it to quantify performance. Best credit is to Genome in a Bottle, who drove the field forward both in this work and over a decade.
