The trick to drawing a fun open air market on a city map, is to use asymmetry to create balance. You want the tents to feel organic, but the area shouldn’t feel too heavy visually on one side. Separating a small group of tents on the right helped provide that balance.

Since I'm making a pattern of it with various tweets, I might as well dig the grave and sit proudly in it, and luxuriate on the grandeur of the real estate. Nothing makes me more disappointed than someone with no integrity. Shallow as a baby spoon and selling out to get in.

Being an avid reader makes you a better DM. The entire hobby is based upon fantasy literature. I once ran an improv of The God in the Bowl by Robert E. Howard after 2 players couldn’t make the regular game. Turned into a great session.

I tried a solo Shadowdark session using ChatGPT for flair and rulings. It worked better than expected. The AI missed some system elements, but the Oracle system and AI flavor made it fun. I'll have to try Gemini and Grok at it in the future.
