Scritch-scratch, I was takin' a bath... Whilst dustbathing may seem counterintuitive, it actually helps to keep hens' feathers looking fly 💅 It's also somewhere cosy to rest, forage in, and explore. RSPCA Assured farms require 5cm deep litter, so hens can get stuck in.

Ducks deserve open water - but UK law doesn’t require it! 🦆 @RSPCAAssured farms won’t compromise on this, so no duck farms are currently on the scheme. This shows the importance of driving realistic change for farmed animals, while we campaign for better laws across the board.
