It appears that Roblox is again experiencing outages, on the site, and on studio updates. Although the site is not fully down right now. 11:22GMT/ 23 OCT

Confirmed player counts are now at 0.

As of 1:53AM GMT, Roblox again appears to be experiencing an outage.

After rebuilding steadily up to ~5M, Roblox again appears to have had another outage at 3:17AM GMT

The Roblox site seems to be going through cycles of being accessible, climbing to ~5M users then cratering back down and the site closing back up:
