40% may be right for current version of telemedicine which is really tele-urgent care. We @iorahealth are finding that closer to 70% of our encounters can be perhaps better done remotely (largely by video); of course requires the right payment model, processes, tech, culture.

Again, big different between transactional telemedicine with random provider, and using telemedicine in the context of an established healing relationship
