Training on GALs: A community-led empowerment methodology using specific participatory processes and diagram tools which aims to give women as well as men more control over their lives as the basis for individual, household, community and organizational development. 1/2

The training was organized by SaferRwanda in partnership with @AcordRwanda for the FACE project participants with the aim of advocating for the right to a life free from violence, the right to private property and the right to equal participation in decision- making.

In partnership with ACORD , SaferRwanda organized a youth campaign on "The role of the youth in preventing unwanted pregnancies, fighting against GBV and understanding women and girls rights". 1/3

The campaign brought together over 250 student representatives from 3 schools in Rweru Sector. The schools participated in theater plays and poetry competition demonstrating the themes with the objective of raising awareness. #youthcampaign
