To curb down illegal mining a special team was formed under Addl SP Amritpal Singh 🇮🇳 which raided an illegal laterite stone mines at Saradhapur area & arrested 6 persons in the process. 39 vehicles (2 JCB, 5 Hyva, 9 Trucks, 7 Tractors, 6 Power Tillers & 10 Two-wheelers) were seized.

Khordha Police raided Chandeswar area of Tangi PS where illegal laterite stone mining was going on and seized 25 vehicles (3 JCBs, 2 Hyvas, 5 trucks, 9 Two-wheelers and 6 Power Tillers). 2 individuals were arrested from the spot. Action against illegal mining will continue.
