Blender is clearly a tool for amateurs because you can do animations to "relax in the evening". Absolutely impossible with a professional tool like Maya.

If you want quality drama, I recommend listening to the entire recording of Stockton Rush interviewing/firing David Lockridge for Oceangate. There's also a transcript. I haven't seen the Netflix doc yet, but raw/source audio is fascinating. Lot of lessons about hubris in there.
