Our Yr 8 Sale Scholars had a fantastic day at The Uni of Manchester, exploring what higher education has to offer & inspiring them for the future! Students attended an insightful lecture on the pathways into university & enjoyed a campus tour led by student ambassadors! 🎓💫

It's day 2 of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and today is a time to reflect on how the positive impact of community benefits us all! People who are more socially connected are happier, physically healthier, and live longer! 💚💜

We recently held our annual Eco Club fundraising fair and online raffle and we're thrilled to announce we have raised a whooping £858.67! All funds raised will go towards the renovation of our school garden! 🌳🌎

After a year of dedication, collaboration & community spirit, we’re incredibly proud to announce that our school has been awarded the Wellbeing Award for Schools! This achievement is more than a badge it’s a reflection of the culture of care & support we’ve built together🫶🎉

Our Yr 7 Game Changers held a football festival for 2 of our local Primary Schools, Lime Tree Primary Academy & Worthington Primary. Thanks to both schools for being so enthusiastic & engaging so well. A big well done to our Game Changers for their great leadership as always!⚽️👏

Our Year 11 French students had an ‘incroyable’ French meal experience at Chez Nous to celebrate going above and beyond in their French revision efforts at home for their GCSE – “bravo et bon appétit!”🇫🇷🌭

We're very proud of our SUPER Year 7 Football team, who recently made it through to the Trafford Schools Cup Final. Unfortunately, we lost but this was the only loss we have suffered throughout the year! Well done to everyone. Keep up the amazing work!⚽️👏

Huge congratulations to our fabulous Xtend Panathlon Challenge team, who represented Sale High, Trafford and Greater Manchester in the North West finals at Bolton Arena. We're so proud of their wonderful commitment working as a team🏓⭐️

We recently held a Wear It Pink day in celebration of #paintsaleandaompink. We were very lucky to be joined by Caroline from PreventBreastCancer. Caroline gave a talk on breast cancer awareness to our Yr 10 Student Council. We also held a cake sale & glitter stand & raised £185.58!🥰🩷

We were absolutely thrilled to be invited along to Lime Tree Academy to help run their school sports days this week. Our Yr 10 Sports Leaders provided support in activities, such as hurdles, football, handball, javelin, wheelchair racing & more! Thank you so much for having us!🏃‍♀️👩‍🦽

Yesterday our Year 11 cohort attended their leavers assembly and enjoyed spending time signing each others shirts! We're beyond proud of all of you for all you have achieved and for all of your hard work in your exams. We wish everyone the very best of luck for the future🤩💙

This week we've been busy helping to run a series of Sports Days at Brooklands Primary Our Yr 10 Sports Leaders & GCSE PE students did a super job helping the children to navigate their way around a series of sports activities! Thanks for having us, we all had a great time!🏅⭐️
