AYN GHAZAL Ayn Ghazal is a village on coastal road from Haifa to Jaffa. On 25 July 1948, the Israelis mounted three pronged attacks. They killed 130. Burnt bodies were found. The UN Mediator, Count Volke Bernadotte called for the return of 8000 inhabitants, to no avail.
