I feel like I haven’t done a complaining consumer tweet in a while so here goes: Luton Council have just sent me a summons to appear at court over some unpaid council tax (CT) from Jan 2020. People, my last contact with them was in Mar 2020 after they issued me a refund for CT!

Just got to the Royal Albert Hall to find out Cirque du Soleil is cancelled for Covid reasons. It’s 2020 again, isn’t it?

Throughout my 6 years at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS FT, Look East have always challenged us on issues, championed the voice of patients and provided a platform which gets messages out to masses of local people (particularly important for COVID).
