Keynote at the Royal Navy Learning Conference yday, theme of 'Transforming Learning'. Made 2 points (1) XR can be transformational for learning, if we focus on it's strengths. (2) We shouldn't forget the people, there is a role for human-centred pedagogy in defence training.
