Specific tRNAs add their respective amino acids to a growing protein in cell. There are 20 different enzymes called aminoacyl-tRNA synthases for adding the right amino acid to its tRNA. These enzymes also have an editing domain, to correct mistakes in choosing the amino acid. 1/n
