Using AI just to speed up your workflow taps into only a fraction of its potential. The real power lies in learning how to use AI to go beyond your own skills, expertise and capabilities. That's how you truly leverage this technology to your advantage.

Joining a big tech company means gaining access to the most polished design systems, processes, resources, and deep expertise. But figuring it all out on your own at a startup is a whole different level of growth.

I went vegan in 2014 when no one knew what that was. Now vegan options are everywhere. I used Figma in 2018 when Sketch ruled. Now Figma is the way. Being an early adopter isn't easy. It means explaining your choices, defending them, and often being misunderstood.

UX testing is such a human craft. No AI tool can replace the magic of sitting with someone, hearing their story, and seeing their struggles firsthand. Happy to feed my insights into AI, but let me have my moment with people.

I haven't felt this excited to work on something in years. It's hard being away from my son for so many hours, but for the first time, I feel in alignment with my goals and dreams.

Yesterday was my first day back in an office since October 2023 (2 weeks before giving birth! 😄) Grateful to live near London, even if the commute is long and pricey.

I used to get asked a lot whether I prefer working in small or big teams. The truth is, I enjoy both. For me, it really comes down to the company culture, not size. If the environment is right, I adapt easily!
