#EPeeps had a very fine day with #EnSiteX #HDGrid and #OT mapping slow pathway prior to #AVNRT ablation this week. Observed nice slow junctionals with RFA at site of collision. Non-inducible post-ablation. Maps by Megan Malladi Figures by John Butler

Another great #EnsiteX case with Pasquale Santangeli at HUP. What we thought would likely be mitral flutter, turned out to be biatrial flutter. Termination at Bachmann’s Bundle. #OT Abbott Cardiovascular

Really impressive work out of Boston Children's using #HDGrid to identify conduction system and ⬇️decrease AVB in complex congenital repair. #EPeeps

Expect the unexpected: Post-infarct patient underwent VT ablation and clinical VT teased out to be Reverse Bundle Branch Reentry! Watch for the split His's and using Ensite to it's fullest for fascicular mapping. Timothy Maher, MD Ronuk Modi, MD Davis Sneider BIDMC CVI #ablatevt

A productive VT IEPC program at BIDMC VT Center hosted by Andre d’Avila, Timothy Maher, MD, and Dr. Andy Locke. 7 visiting physicians learned BI’s approach to VT management and ablation through lecture and live cases. ⚡️🫀

Multiple ways to see a post-infarct VT isthmus: VT Activation vs. Peak Frequency Emphasis highlighting local diastolic signals in VT vs. InHeart CT Wall Thinning Channel. BIDMC VT Center Ronuk Modi, MD Ensite X Map with Sarah Balouris. #ablateVT

Case after case - Wavefront Direction is Key: Pacing perpendicular to WADLs is best for identifying fixed lines of block that perfectly match the VT isthmus lateral boundaries. BIDMC VT Center with star fellow Gabriel Odozynski, maps with Sarah Balouris #ablateVT
