Graduations are inherently about change, looking back & forward. These graduations were a time to honor the hard work and experience of the past 15 months, but more importantly, to acknowledge the individual changes that have taken place, and envision only better things to come.

From stories of finally being able to afford school fees for their children, to learning how to value female voices in their homes, to telling us that without kula, they would not be the people they are today, we are filled with hope for this incredible group of entrepreneurs.

I have no idea how Nairobi did not make this list.
