Paper released today in the BMJ shows that hazardous prescribing of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) not only causes harm to patients but is also costly to the NHS and that more needs to be done, especially in high-risk populations. References #PINCER and #PRIMIS.
