Cars stranded in Gurgaon as if there was an apocalypse, if cities can't even handle some 50-60mm of rain then what's the point of building this infra

Tragic but a good real world example that how speed & weight can lead to catastrophic outcomes. People need to understand that a loaded truck can be dangerous even at 30-40km/hr, seems like fault of truck but only if bus driver & biker were a bit more careful.
