Ocean’s Smoked Mackerel with juniper and coriander These were my least favorite of the Ocean’s trilogy (sweet smoked, korma curry) that I got recently - fish is beautiful and firm but there’s so much juniper oil it almost had a numbing effect and overpowered the mackerel.
