We are very excited to have launched our 1st ever 1:1 observation and support training this week! A training program to up skill and empower HCAs. Guest speakers on day 2 included David Thomas director of nursing strategy, security teams, psych liaison team & proactive care.

Day 3 of 1:1 observation and support training welcomed the amazing dementia training team with interactive, innovative and insightful training around dementia care. 🥰

Day 5 of 1:1 observation and support training included incident and learning, well-being, psych liaison team and the activities coordinators too! Our pilot group of learners have been so engaged, motivated and a patient focused, it has been a pleasure to meet them all.
