Exciting few weeks for the lab! Lakshmi passed her qualifying exam, Grace Adeniyi-Ipadeola received her PhD degree and her paper is accepted in mBio, and Ketki Patil had her first author paper posted as a preprint before she transitions to grad school! It's a privilege to mentor this group!

Our founder, Dr. Estes Lab at BCM, is the keynote speaker at #TMC #organoid Day!! Dr. Estes shared the ~13 year history of the organoid model and dove into her #virology work with #norovirus. The #TMC and so many fields of research have been changed because of her hard work!
