While it's acknowledged that this is composition is by the "Spanish Forger", I have to ask Eugenio Donadoni at Christie's why it too doesn't deserve a provenance history. The forger was active from the 1890s through 1920s. That's a lot of dates. onlineonly.christies.com/s/professor-deā¦
