Femmari Bar CD of Save the Children Uganda "This has been one of my best learning for me, I recommend that INGOs, consider establishing a Local NGO Human Resources Stability Fund to fill in the gap in local Human Resources HR which are often fished away by INGOs leaving behind a gap.

We joined partners at a converner led by U-Learn Uganda to facilitate cross-sectoral exchange and uptake of insights on best practices, challenges, and innovations in areas like Financial Inclusion, Humanitarian-Development Nexus, localization, and climate resilience.

Learning is critical for improving policies, programs, and coordination among humanitarian and development actors. With funding from UK in Uganda 🇬🇧 🇺🇬, U-Learn Uganda ,has created spaces for dialogue btn refugees, implementing organizations, and policymakers through research.

Revolutionizing newborn care! Together with Ministry of Health- Uganda Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) & #EWallTechnologies, we have deployed #PRISMS, a digital tool that empowers health workers with real-time data & clinical support to save preterm & sick newborns. PRISMS has helped manage 951neonates since 2024

In partnership with We Care Solar, we have provided 39 schools in #Wakiso with solar kits. These will support & improve 10,372 children to study in safe, well-lit environments and give teachers more time to prepare impactful lessons. We’re powering education with clean energy!🌞
