Today we launch Uganda Refugee Resilience Initiative (URRI)! This is a 5year program that will empower refugee & host communities in Uganda to fight climate change with climate-smart agriculture, environmental conservation, and gender equality among refugees and host communities.

Together with Ministry of Health- Uganda Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) & #EWallTechnologies, we have deployed #PRISMS, a digital tool that empowers health workers with real-time data & clinical support to save preterm & sick newborns. PRISMS has helped manage 951neonates since 2024

We are transforming science education in Uganda with mini-science labs making lessons hands-on &engaging. Students now experiment & explore boosting participation and performance. At Kabaale Primary, science is the top-attended subject & all 29 candidates excelled in 2024 exams.

Celebrating the graduation of 9 youths from a 9month vocational training in carpentry, tailoring, mechanics & metal fabrication! Funded by #RosaMariaSguinzi under the #SponsorshipProject, this initiative in Wakiso empowers marginalized youth with skills & start-up kits.

In partnership with We Care Solar, we have provided 39 schools in #Wakiso with solar kits. These will support & improve 10,372 children to study in safe, well-lit environments and give teachers more time to prepare impactful lessons. We’re powering education with clean energy!🌞
