Concerned: Piazza, like most profs at Stanford I use your services in my classes for online discussions. Great product! But you are selling student's data to companies. Can I see what that data looks like for my classes (CS106A and CS109)? Do I know anyone who works there?

Donald J. Trump We need to call in the CDC and have them go immediately to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Portland to test the homeless for the virus and contain them. They spread viruses quicker than anyone else on public transportation and public restrooms, that's a real emergency!

Here are some lowlights from my reading of TikTok security reports[1] (for the record, you can learn to avoid these in an intro security or privacy class): [1] penetrum.com/research

#ISMB2022 in days! Welcome to our posters: L1/L9 (single-cell network medicine/AD & neuroimmune), W5 (brain vs. organoid), W9/W28 (joint autoencoder/optimal transport for multi-modality), W47 (deep auxiliary learning), X9 (convergent cross mapping for disease development)

Our CMOT ⁦Genome Biology⁩ ⁦Sayali Alatkar⁩ integrates optimal transport with manifold alignment to infer missing single cell modalities w/ applications in brain, immune, cancer, drug treatment. It even works for non/partial corresponding data! genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…

Have you ever done a dense grid search over neural network hyperparameters? Like a *really dense* grid search? It looks like this (!!). Blueish colors correspond to hyperparameters for which training converges, redish colors to hyperparameters for which training diverges.
