Today we held our inaugural older person's wards CNM 1 & 2 Study Day for 2025 🥳 We refreshed what our roles are, we also had talks from legal, bed flow, NCG21 and nursing metrics then wrapped up the day with an energetic scavenger hunt! Thanks to all involved🙌

CNMs were split up into groups and were given clues to different areas they should know the location of in St James's Hospital 👀 They had to take a picture at each location and send it to me 📸 Our scavenger hunt winners.... in a record 14 minutes... Vina, Jean and Beena👏👏👏
