Does anyone know how I can get hold of Johannesburg Water? Their 0860 no doesn't work while their 011 no keeps the caller holding for a lifetime - that time one's "position on the line" keeps moving up and down.

In most African cultures age and position grant baseline respect. Personal character, wisdom or contributions are secondary. In essence respect is not earned. We don’t hold our leaders accountable. We revere them. This is the root cause of our socio economic problems. #ProudlySA
