A good organization focuses on correctness. A bad organization focuses on consensus.

I support driving manufacturing back into the USA for strategic reasons and see why free trade theory isn't that simple. But the #Fakenomics backing yesterday's policy announcement will weaken its aim to negotiate with countries and companies that aren't that dumb.

The tech CMO job scope has become too broad a remit for most humans. I'm increasingly advising companies to split the role as it requires depth in quant, comms, positioning, branding, pipegen, design and more - basically a mini CEO.
