Our 6th class girls had a fantastic day out today in Glanmire Community College for their annual Ladies Football Blitz for local schools. It was an extremely enjoyable day wonderfully organised by the TY students! Go raibh maith agaibh agus maith sibh!

This morning, we had very happy children from first classes dancing the Macarena in the sun😁👌

Fifth class had our final STEAM lesson with Gilead engineers and Ryan and Darragh today. We learned lots about electrical engineering and circuits! A big thank you to Gilead for facilitating this 👏💡🔋🪫

Quinn, a scientist from the company " Anyone For Science" visited a fourth class , room 24 , this morning. He demonstrated to our pupils how to make a biomechanical hand. Our pupils rose to the challenge and they constructed amazing moving hands.

Day 1 of our Book Fair was really successful this morning. The Infants with their Parents were the early birds and opened the day. Great to see and hear the excitement of children picking out their own books. Happy Reading all!
